Peyton and John Maloy

John Maloy has become a recent focus for my research on R.L.Y. Peyton.  Maloy was evidently Peyton's personal secretary when Peyton served in the Confederate Senate.  Anyone with details about Maloy's early life, please get in touch.  Maloy lived in Kansas after the Civil War and became an attorney and a memb er of the Kansas State Assembly.
